It sends a warning to bad leaders not to tamper with the happiness of the people.
These bad leaders can be likened to a bad Dj in the dancehall
Just like a Dj who makes the wrong selection and a bad mix can create a negative atmosphere in the dancehall is not fit to run the dance, so is true of a leader who makes the wrong decisions and mess up the system. This brings unhappiness to the people and such leaders are not fit to run our nations.
